Silvie Had A Heart Attack...

Our good friend, Silvie, had a heart attack 2 days ago. The did 3 angioplasties and inserted 2 stents. They didn't work and she had anothe major heart attack this am. She just got out of double bypass surgery. All seemed to go well, whew!

Silvie (50) was the picture of good health. She was thin, played tennis and exercised on a daily basis. Her blood work was always fine. It was STRESS that got her. Silvie always seemd to be stressed and worried about something. Stress cause the release of clotting factor into tyhe blood and that leads to plaque deposits and thereby heart attacks.

When Silvie she is going to have to change her way of dealing with things. One has to learn how to let go of challenges and relax. I tend to give others stress but I learned a long time ago to not sweat the small stuff and it is mostly small stuff!!!
